Privacy notice
The calculators run in your browser and we never receive what you type into them. We only receive what you send through the contact form, and use it only to reply to you.
Calculator inputs
Everything you enter in a calculator, including any comparable sales, is processed in your browser. Your numbers are copied into the page address so you can share or bookmark a result; anyone you send that link to can see them. We do not store them.
Contact form
When you submit the form we receive your name, email, optional phone number, your message, the page you sent it from, basic technical context (browser, language, time zone, screen size, referring page and any campaign tags in the address) and, only if you tick the box, the calculator numbers you chose to include. It is sent through a MITEY network service hosted on Supabase and delivered by email (via Resend) to the MITEY network intake inbox, where a person reads it and replies. We use it only to answer you, and we never publish anyone's address.
Ask Mitey
"Ask Mitey" opens the MITEY network\'s chat, provided by Calculating.ca (MITEY), which has its own privacy notice for its AI helper and any details you give it. Today it opens Calculating.ca in a new page; when the chat is docked on this site it will still be served by Calculating.ca.
Saved scenarios
Saved scenarios are stored in your own browser (local storage). They never reach us.
Hosting, fonts and logs
The site is hosted by Lovable with Cloudflare in front; they keep standard server logs for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We don't run advertising trackers.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email hello@mitey.ca. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
